We are looking for aProperty Accountant to join our head office team and support the financial management of our growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle accounting for an assigned portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties, including month-end and year-end close.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, schedules, and reports for internal management and property owners.
- Maintain accurate records of rental revenue, operating expenses, recoveries, and capital expenditures.
