Are you a strategic property professional who thrives on the complexity of high-density vertical living? We are looking for a Development Manager to spearhead our expansion across Southeast Queensland.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to sit in a cubicle and tick boxes. We are offering a high-autonomy, full-lifecycle position where you own the project from the first back of the envelope feasibility to the final settlement.
The Role
You will be the driving force behind a portfolio of high-density residential towers (approx. $100M+ GDV). Whether you prefer the urban grit of Brisbane or the skyline of the Gold Coast, this role offers the flexibility to work from home, meeting on-site or in-studio only when it truly adds value.
