Property Officer

Our client is a Council located in the North Shore of Sydney.

Initially a 3-month contract, they are seeking an experienced Property Officer with Local Government experience to provide additional support with strategic input to the management of Council's property asset portfolio, leases and licensing. 

Your key responsibilities (will include but are not limited to):

• Manage and optimise a diverse portfolio of properties, taking direct accountability for each asset’s day-to-day operations, leasing activities, maintenance and overall financial performance, with the support of the facilities team.
• Conduct site inspections as may be required to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with standards, achievement of performance targets, and consistent high tenant satisfaction
