Job Description
We are looking for a Property Manager / Property Supervisor who will oversee daily building operations, ensure excellent tenant experience, and maintain the overall safety and efficiency of the property. This role will handle building maintenance, facilities management, and coordinate with tenants, vendors, and building personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day property operations, building maintenance, and facilities management
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of building systems (electrical, mechanical, utilities, and common areas)
- Manage tenant concerns, maintain good relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction
