Property & Transaction Manager - Occupier

The group is an occupier of commercial and retail premises around Australia. Due to a surge of activity, we are seeking an experienced property leasing manager to help manage a program of work over the coming 4-5 months.

Duties will include:

• Reviewing and monitoring critical dates
• Negotiating lease agreements
• Manage lease renewals and options
• Negotiate and action subleases
• Provide expert advice and provide leasing recommendation reports to the executive
• Manage the preparation of all necessary legal documentation, sign off and execution in accordance with delegation
• Management of any lease queries
• Onboarding of new leases from corporate growth
