Job Description
Responsibilities
- To action the preparation of proposals for a range of bespoke products by organization direction. With further developing the costing process as part of the quotation process.
- To support sales respond to client questions & requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- To review and action the clients enquiry process into a costed workable solution. Not limited to work with the client prospect to ascertain the enquiry information necessary to produce sales proposals including technical product selection, quotation document and costing through standardised costing templates and technical specifications.
- To submit a detailed response to the enquiry documentation and provide responses to any subsequent requests for clarification.
- To act as the company's internal contact point for the client during the enquiry and bidding processes.
- Prepares cost analysis by previous information, plans, and related documents.
