Proposal Specialist (National Staff)

Job description

Monitor business opportunities at selected resources to identify potential projects where ILF can add value.

Prepare prequalification and proposal documents in cooperation with our technical departments.

Deliver compliant, professionally produced quality proposals within client defined timeframes.

Communicate and influence at a senior level the key messages and decision making structures.

Assist in contracts preparation and analysis.

Document and file all proposal related correspondence and data.

Responsible for the commercial proposal including contractual comments, proposal compilation and submission.

Input to general and commercial proposal elements.

Update proposal and tender reporting systems regularly.

Screen and identify PMC, engineering and design bidding opportunities in Kazakhstan.

Support Company management to develop and update market analysis.
