Build and track a file of potential businesses;
Analyze the needs of the BU Management through knowledge of the local and regional market and market studies;
Take charge of negotiating lease terms;
Present and get projects approved by the BU Management / the Investment Monitoring Committee;
Make the necessary applications for administrative authorizations;
