Job Description

The Protege Trainee will support Incident and Problem Management activities, including documentation, RCA preparation, SOP updates, and assisting during major incident bridge calls. The role provides hands‑on exposure to operational governance while developing structured documentation, analytical, and coordination skills

Job Requirement
