As a PROTÉGÉ Trainee , you will undergo a 12-month on-the-job training programme where you will be exposed to various aspects of construction operations.
- Assist project teams in site operations, coordination, and supervision .
- Support Quantity Surveying works such as measurement, costing, and documentation.
- Assist in planning and scheduling works, progress tracking, and reporting.
- Exposure to contract administration , claims, and project documentation.
- Attend site meetings, inspections, and internal coordination meetings.
- Learn company procedures, construction methods, and safety requirements.
- Perform any other duties related to construction operations as assigned.
Upon successful completion of the programme, high-performing trainees may be considered for permanent placement within the company.
