PRUVenture Development Manager

Job Summary

Reporting to the PV Apprentice Head, the PV Development Director (PVDD) manages and leads a cohort of agents under the PV Apprentice Program. The PVDD ensures activation, productivity, and validation of these agents while sustaining correct behaviour after graduation from the program.

Job Accountabilities

• Manage team of agents ensuring that program objectives and metrics are met
• Implement and evaluate the program
• Promote to and engage agency leaders to subscribe to PV Apprentice
• Identify gaps and provide continuous development interventions to every member of the team as needed
• Ensure that PV Apprentice adheres to Market Conduct Guidelines as well as Pru Life UK’s Compliance Standards
