Tasks
Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide follow-up (including phone support) for individuals experiencing vulnerability or housing instability. Explain intervention objectives within a structured psychosocial support framework. Facilitate awareness and support activities promoting well-being, social inclusion, and personal development. Collaborate with internal teams and partners within the community network and supportive housing services. Monitor and follow up on individual and group interventions. Develop and update individualized intervention plans. Perform other related duties to support daily operations of the organization and housing services. Advantages
