Job Description
**What’s the role?**
We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented fulltime Publishing Operator to support the smooth and efficient preparation and dispatch of our publications. In this key operational role, you’ll manage documentation, data entry, reporting, and communication across multiple teams to ensure accurate and timely night-shift production.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Hours are 4pm to 12am over a 7 day roster
+ Download, prepare, and distribute reports and manifests (e.g., Running Figures Reports, Truck Manifests, Cart Notes).
+ Organise and prepare publication paperwork, including collating bulks for various routes.
+ Accurately enter data into publication workbooks and update flatwrap figures.
+ Print and assemble workbooks, AWBs, and required paperwork for printers and dock teams.
+ Prepare flatwrap job sheets, attend flatwrap meetings, and report on inserts, issues, and cleaning.
