• Develop and implement procurement strategy aligned with business goals.
• Build long-term sourcing plans for solar products and components.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Ensure procurement supports company growth plans.
2. Vendor Management & Development
• Develop and manage domestic and international supplier network.
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and service.
• Conduct annual supplier performance reviews.
• Build alternate supplier base to reduce dependency risks.
• Negotiate annual contracts and commercial agreements.
