Office Equipment Supplier Basic up to $2,800 5 Days 9.00am - 6.30pm Walking distance from MRT Bright Hill Job Responsibilities: Prepare orders, monitor stock levels, and replenish inventory as needed. Check supplier invoices for accuracy and maintain purchase and pending reports. Update purchase breakdowns, coordinate purchasing activities, and manage vendor relations. Negotiate agreements with suppliers and maintain updated pricelists. Requirements: Minimum 'O' level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Procurement or related fields. Knowledge of office supplies or office automation would be an advantage. Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel) and knowledge of the Navision system would be an advantage. Bilingual on English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking client
