Purchasing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to join our team at Basic Hauling and Logistic Inc. in Antipolo City, Rizal. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our procurement and inventory management processes, ensuring the seamless delivery of our logistic services.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the procurement of materials, equipment and services required for our logistics operations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to identify and address any shortages or surpluses
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate pricing, manage orders and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices and other procurement documentation
• Support the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures
• Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed
