Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) according to purchasing requirements.
Source and obtain quotations from suppliers.
Compare prices, quality, and delivery terms to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and documentation.
Verify invoices, delivery orders (DO), and purchase-related documents.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with relevant departments.
Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, and internal departments regarding purchasing matters.
Assist in negotiating prices and terms with suppliers when required.
Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.
Generate purchasing reports and perform data entry into the purchasing system.
Handle any other administrative duties assigned by management.
