Purchasing Assistant

Required Qualifications

• College Graduate of any Business Course related
• Preferably with Purchasing experience
• Have the knowledge and background with Purchasing process
• Have the courage and the ability to multitask, the ability to perform well under pressure.
• Knowledgeable on car parts and other maintenance supplies
• Driving skills plus with driver's license is an advantage

Summary of Job Description(s)

• To create purchase orders for local non-trade items, sending of PO to suppliers, coordination to related sections.
• Follow-up order status. Prepares CA, reimbursement /liquidation and payments to suppliers.
• Coordination of quality issues to supplier.
• Perform other tasks related given by his/her superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php15,650.00 per month
