Purchasing Engineer

1. Demand Planning & Management (20%)
Review monthly material demand plans from internal departments, analyze supply market trends, and propose optimized procurement strategies.
Conduct periodic reviews of demand plan accuracy and drive corrective actions.
Manage supply disruptions and market fluctuations by adjusting procurement plans and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Align procurement plans with global headquarters' strategies and obtain local leadership approval.
2. Procurement Execution (40%)
Follow up with internal departments to ensure timely submission of purchase requests.
Execute local procurement orders post-approval and provide recommendations for HQ-centralized materials based on local operational needs.
Manage end-to-end purchase order processes, including contract signing, delivery tracking, and issue resolution.
