Issue and manage purchase orders (PO), including obtain necessary approvals and send POs to supplier.
Manage procurement tasks including communication with supplier and forwarder regard of shipment lead time, shipment delivery and shipment clearance.
Order follow-up, track delivery and shipment clearance.
Conduct data analysis on cost, sales and supplier performance to support decision-making
Develop Procurement strategies and sourcing plans based on market trends and data insights
Understand import regulations and requirements for imported products.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth delivery and stock management.
Maintain proper procurement documentation and reports.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfil project needs and manage urgent order requests.
Other duties & assignments as instructed by superior from time to time.
