HireArt is helping our client find a Purchasing Operations Specialist to support procurement operations in a fast-paced research and development environment.In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing procurement activities that support engineering, R&D, and operations teams. You will ensure purchase orders are created accurately, approvals are tracked, and transactions move smoothly from request through completion. Your work will help ensure purchasing activity stays organized, transparent, and aligned with project timelines.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
