Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Purchasing Management**:
- Supervise and coordinate daily purchasing activities, ensuring timely procurement of raw materials, components, and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible outcomes.
- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and reliability.
- **ERP System Utilization**:
- Use ERP software (Epicor experience preferred) to manage procurement workflows, inventory levels, and supplier data.
- Monitor and optimize procurement processes using ERP systems to ensure data accuracy, cost control, and efficient supply chain management.

- Monitor stock levels and ensure that materials are available for production without creating excess inventory.
