Job Description
Supervise and inspire as a Driver Guide Supervisor with Pursuit's Open Top Touring. Lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards.
In this guest-facing role, you will support and direct a group of Driver Guides and Guest Experience Agents. Reporting to the Open Top Touring Manager, your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to Pursuit’s values and cultivating a positive, productive work atmosphere. Your hands-on leadership will oversee operational effectiveness and skillful communication among departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Pursuit’s Hospitality Standards at the Brewster Transportation Centre
• Conduct recruitment and training for Driver Guides
• Perform duties matching those supervised
• Direct operations and foster communication
• Resolve issues promptly within customer service
Requirements:
• Required Alberta Class 4 Drivers License or plans to obtain
• Committed to guest and employee safety
