Job Description
We’re looking for a Python Engineer (Mid+) to build and maintain backend automations that unlock operational scale across portfolio companies. This role is highly execution-oriented and designed for someone who can move fast in ambiguity, reverse-engineer real-world processes, and deliver measurable time savings.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain backend automations for day-to-day operations across our client’s portfolio businesses.
- Create reports and data outputs for stakeholders , including finance-related reporting and audit-oriented workflows.
- Work effectively when processes are not fully documented : investigate, reverse-engineer, and propose improvements.
- Document code and processes to make automations maintainable and transferable.
- 3–5 years of experience (Mid+), strong Python developer with backend/automation focus.
