- Lead backend development and guide junior developers
- Design scalable and maintainable application architecture
- Review code and enforce best practices

Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in
Python - Hands-on experience with
Django / Flask / FastAPI - Solid understanding of
REST API design - Experience with
SQL and/or NoSQL databases - Working knowledge of
Git, CI/CD pipelines - Exposure to
cloud platforms
(AWS / Azure / GCP) - Experience working in
Agile/Scrum environments - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
