QA Document Control

Responsibilities:

• Review quality documents from manufacturing partners for accuracy and completeness
• Track and trend customer complaints, returns, and quality issues
• Investigate customer complaints and support CAPA documentation
• Maintain and organize quality records and product documentation
• Review testing data and verify compliance with specifications
• Confirm lot compliance prior to product release
• Coordinate with customers and manufacturers to collect required documents
• Maintain PO tracking, COAs, and documentation status
• Assign and track documentation tasks within the QA team
• Support QA leadership on special projects and audits
• Train and back up team members as needed

Requirements:

• High school graduate or GED
• At least 3 years of experience in the food or manufacturing industry
• Strong computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Off...
