Job Description
- Carrying out inspections and perform machine buy-offs according to customer specification and internal quality requirements
- Verify that all processes and products meet defined quality standards before progressing to the next stage
- Evaluate, investigate, track nonconformity feedback using established root cause and corrective action (RCCA) processes, such as 8D reporting
- Ensure accurate documentation of evaluation, investigation findings, and corrective action records, with timely issue closure
- Facilitate and promote structured problem-solving techniques to achieve effective root cause analysis and prevent issue recurrence
- Communicate with cross-functional teams (including IQC, SQE, Production, and Engineering) to review nonconformity responses, verify records, and confirm corrective action effectiveness
