QA Engineer

Monitor and inspect production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

· Perform statistical analysis and data collection to identify trends and areas for improvement.

· Conduct process audits and root cause analysis for quality issues.

· Develop and implement quality control procedures, ensuring they are followed by the

production team.

· Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize

processes.

· Maintain and update quality documentation, such as control plans QCIS and work instructions.

· Ensure that all Measuring tools are calibrated and functioning properly.

· Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality improvement.

· Ensure that appropriate checks, measurements, and inspections are performed at various stages of the manufacturing process.
