Job Description
The client is an American company who offers digital billing services and payment solutions to the insurance industry.
**What You'll Do**:
- Ensure operational readiness & accuracy of software through manual testing.
- Create efficient test case scenarios.
- Document and communicate test results with the team and stakeholders.
- Provide technical support and collaborate on bug reports.
**Position requirements**
- **Fluency in English** (verbal and written)
- **Minimum of 3+ years in manual software testing** with familiarity in MS Office, Jira, Postman.
- Experience in SaaS software testing or development is a plus
**Skills & Competencies**
- A service-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask.
- Strong knowledge of IT and mastery of the Software Development Lifecycle.
