Job Description
Responsibilities: Perform first article evaluation (FAE/FAI) and on new parts/products that are newly manufactured.
Conduct shipping judgement meeting for first-time manufactured and shipped-out products.
Handle quality claims from customers through corrective action request (CAR/NCR): evaluate, verify and disseminate information to respective departments.
Manage claims to ensure root causes are analyzed and effective corrective/preventive action are being taken. Ensure prompt follow-up and replies on claims.
Revise department's work standard according to job-flow changes.
Conducts process audits according to schedule.
Assist production lines on solving quality matters discuss and feedback on any improvement.
Provide engineering support and advice to other members.
Coordinate monthly quality meeting.
Supervise subordinate.
