Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Strategy & Execution: Design and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure seamless software delivery.
- Automation Development: Build and maintain scalable automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Robot Framework.
- AI Quality Assurance: Develop frameworks to track, evaluate, and version AI prompts. Monitor AI outputs over time to detect regressions, bias, or performance drift.
- Defect Management: Identify, log, and track bugs via JIRA. Perform deep-dive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to help developers resolve complex issues quickly.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate clear, data-driven test reports that provide stakeholders with a transparent view of product health and release readiness.
- Collaborative Quality: Work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to integrate quality checks into the early stages of the SDLC.
