We are looking for a Lead Performance Test Engineer with 8+ years of experience to own performance testing strategy and execution for large-scale B2B and B2C web platforms in the automotive domain. This role requires strong hands-on performance testing expertise along with the ability to lead teams and engage directly with customer stakeholders.
What You Will Do
Define and own the overall performance testing strategy across programs Lead and mentor a team of performance test engineers Act as the primary performance testing point of contact for customer stakeholders Translate business and non-functional requirements into clear performance goals Review test results and guide teams on performance optimization and improvements Work closely with architects, developers, and DevOps teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks What We Are Looking For
