Job Responsibilities
- The QA Technical Clerk (SONIMS) acts as the primary coordinator for the surveillance notification process. The role is responsible for the end-to-end management of Surveillance Offer Notifications (SONs), ensuring that construction milestones are accurately communicated to the Client and Third‑Party Inspection bodies, and managing real‑time schedule changes to ensure seamless inspection attendance.
- SON Management: Prepare, issue, and track all Surveillance Offer Notifications (SONs) via SONIMS, ensuring they are technically aligned with Follow‑Up Documents (FUDs).
- Client Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for the Client and Third‑Party Inspectors to confirm attendance and availability for scheduled surveillance activities.
