Key Responsibilities
Collaborating with teams to develop and implement controls Panel quality standards.Verify all important documents, such as schematic, instructions, layout, drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs).Testing and simulating control system hardware and software, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and servo systems, to identify and resolve technical and process-related issues.Making an inventory of the type of failures and creating a detailed checklist to fully assess control panel performance.Performing control panel UL, CSA and EU inspection and ...
