Job Description
We are a well-established motor manufacturing and product assembly group headquartered in Hong Kong, with production plants in Southern China and Mexico, and offices in the United States and Korea.
Responsibilities
- Oversee in–process and final quality control to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Lead and support the management of internal quality incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
- Direct and facilitate analysis of customer complaints, implementing internal containment actions to mitigate issues.
- Lead the creation, editing, and updating of quality system documents, including CP, FIS, and WI.
- Organize and conduct training for subordinates on quality measurement tools and quality control principles.
- Direct efforts to follow up on incoming material defects, ensuring swift resolution.
