A position has opened for a QA/QC Manager in the flavour and ingredient industry. Duties & Responsibilities Actively participate in customer complaint investigation and non-conformances. Organize investigation on problems associated with all finished products, including reviewing and printing result history from SAP. Ensure Corrective Action Plans are in place, closed off on time and preventive measures are in place for improvement. Initiate and facilitate continuous improvement for quality and Food safety system. Ensure statistical process control implementation and capability to improve product and package quality. Lead Change Control program for the site. Define and coordinate the internal quality audit program. Ensure employees are trained on quality system and GMP requirements.
