At Dechra, our Stability team plays a vital role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products, and we're looking for a Team Leader who can guide, support and inspire the group day‑to‑day. You'll be the person who keeps everything moving: from planning stability studies to ensuring testing stays on track, spotting issues early, and helping the team deliver work they're proud of.
