QC Visual Inspection Operator

Job Description

Perform shiftly routine visual inspection on samples including ad-hoc samples.

Provide clear and complete information pertaining MVI.

Follow-up 2nd-level analysis samples results.

Maintain records, analyze issues, and initiate corrective actions to maintain consistent production quality.

Collaborate with production, QC leader & engineering teams to uphold high-quality standards.

Document all findings and issues in accordance & send out accurate quality report at the end of each shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as required.
• Provide training to technicians new to the role when applicable.
