Summary
As a key member of Mattr’s Corporate QHSE team, the QHSE Learning & Development Manager plays a vital role in strengthening our global safety culture and ensuring all employees have the competencies needed to work safely, effectively, and confidently. This role leads the design, development, and continuous improvement of corporate HSE training programs, working closely with Operations, HSE, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences. You will drive best‑in‑class training systems, enhance knowledge across diverse business units, and ensure employees have seamless access to critical HSE information that supports safe, compliant, and high‑performing operations.
