The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services and products.
Responsibilities
- Must have knowledge of basic QC Tools.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of service provided.
- Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes.
- Prepare reports on quality metrics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Pay range and compensation package : Upto 4.5LPA
