The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services and products.
Responsibilities
Must have knowledge of basic QC Tools.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of service provided.
Provide feedback and coaching to team members.
Develop and implement quality assurance processes.
Prepare reports on quality metrics.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Pay range and compensation package : Upto 4.5 LPA
