Compile and analyze statistical data
Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process
Draft quality assurance policies and procedures Investigate customer complaints and product issues
- Video Hosting Industry Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Malay.
- Minimum 1 year QA experience
- Worked in BPO?Call center is an added advantage
- Gave background in the video hosting background is Bonus.
