Conversion Guardrails: Oversee rigorous testing of the checkout funnel, payment gateways, and third‑party integrations (ERP/CRM).
Automation Leadership: Lead the shift toward CI/CD by expanding automated regression suites for web and mobile.
Release Management: Act as the final Go/No-Go authority for site deployments and feature launches.
Peak Performance: Manage load and stress testing to ensure stability during high‑traffic events like Black Friday.
