Quality Assurance Specialist

We are looking for a QA OPS Specialist – Sterility / Aseptic Operations to join our teams in Switzerland (Romandie) and support quality oversight for sterile manufacturing activities (aseptic operations, cleanrooms, environmental monitoring, batch review). The position is a permanent contract (CDI) and a consultant role within our Life Sciences experts (not a contractor).

Your Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on QA on-the-floor (QA OPS) support to sterile manufacturing operations, ensuring day-to-day GMP compliance in aseptic processing and cleanroom environments.
• Serve as the Quality point of contact for shop-floor activities: real-time guidance, risk-based decisions, coaching, and escalation of critical quality/sterility topics.
• Lead and/or support deviation management: event assessment, investigation coordination (root cause analysis), product impact evaluation, definition of CAPAs, and effectiveness checks.
