•Responsible for Governance, Quality and Compliance for the IT projects delivered to our customers.
•End to end project reviews for Cost, Schedule, Scope, Quality and Compliance. Drive to ensure quality delivery and adherence to compliance from solution phase till project closure.
•Value driven approach for project reviews and audits. Analyze various data points and work at improvement plan for the project delivery.
•Early detection of risks and issues and address them, ensuring no escalations.
•Effective reporting and follow-up on actions.
