Key Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that receiving material is manufactured and supplied to Candu Energy approved drawings, specifications, procedures and Inspection Test Plans, Purchase Orders, etc.
- Prepare QC Incoming Inspection Report, CFSI Checklist, and Customer supplier Information record.
- Prepare ASME Section III material checklist for review and approval.
- Apply and identify tagging to the inspected items/material to maintain inspection status.
- Certify and date all control points on Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Route Sheet as applicable to the receiving inspection operation.
- Perform detailed review of purchase order referenced as per codes and standards, technical specifications and quality requirements of product being supplied, prior to undertaking receiving inspection.
