Responsibilities
Develop departmental objectives and activity plans in line with Company and Quality Control Directorate goals and policies; submit for approval, implement approved plans, and ensure effective execution.Actively contribute to the establishment, improvement, and development of the Quality Control System in line with quality policies and objectives; support the integration of local and international quality standards across the Company.Ensure that incoming materials, raw materials, and finished products comply with Turkish Food Codex requirements and Company quality standards; initiate and follow up corrective actions to eliminate factors negatively affecting product quality.Ensure the laboratory operates fully, efficiently, and in compliance with required standards.Collaborate with the Planning Department in the preparation and execution of production schedules.Ensure sampling from production ...
