- Graduate of BS in Industrial, Electronics or Computer Engineering or its equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of quality assurance and customer service experience
- Background in SPC
- Knowledgeable of computer programs/applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of handling work pressures
