Job Requirements Suitably Qualified Senior Certificate Use of measuring equipment Basic computer skills Quality Control Systems within the Automotive Industry Metal finishing/coating experience Roles and Responsibilities Elimination of waste Ensure QCB/TQM boards are adequately updated. Manage quarantine store stock with the goal to reduce its inventory as per the QCB/TQM boards daily. Ensure all quality documentation is present on the line, implemented and operational staff are trained. Administration of dispositions & deviations. Conduct sort and prevent parts outflow to Customer where quality concerns are raised. Isolate and identify all defective and incomplete parts and store in Quarantine area.
