Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Understand the quality policy and related quality procedures and drive compliance from production and rock function team to meet KPI such as Yield, Total material loss, cost of poor quality, etc.
• Contribute with other top management personnel in formulating and establishing company policies, operating procedures and goals.
• Develop initial and subsequent modifications of product assurance program to delineate areas of control, personnel requirements and operational procedures within the program.
• Evaluate contents of reports from product assurance program departmental heads and confer with top management personnel preparatory to formulating fiscal budget for the program.
